What kind of exercises and how many reps?
I'm doing cardio 3 days a week and am now adding weights to keep my muscles toned. Exactly what kind of exercises do I need to be doing? And how many reps? Proper technique?
I can't afford a personal trainer, so I need a trusted book or website. Any suggestions?
