It is a fast, so please don't tell me to consume something. Just a liquid fast. So no "EAT!''s. Sorry. That's just what a fast is...

oh man. idknoe that never occured to me when i was fasting soo you must losin malnutrition. now i cant go tell you to eat something but if your health might be at risk maybe you could make up a day just as you would when u have ur period and ur fasting. idknoe thats my thought on it..
