Question for people taking the new over the counter diet pill ALLI ?
have you had any success with the ALLI pill? how long have u been taking it, have u had any side effects? also i cant find in the book how long before or after you take the pill when u eat?? thanks

Didn't this just become available? If so no one would have long term results yet.
I've looked into it and won't be taking it. The part about loose, uncontrolled , oily stools and gas scared me off. They say that will happen if you take in to much fat at a meal.
