when i keep my legs still they hurt, like in my joints sort of.
if i keep them bent for long, or straight for long
it really hurts and its getting aggrivating
what can i do to stop it? or help it.

It looks like gout or athertities symptoms. Show to the doctor instead of keeping the pain to yourself.
