I'm always tired, and I get alot of headaches!?
For some reason the past few weeks, probably like the past month, month and ahalf. I dont know why, but I ALWAYS have a headache. And I'm always tired. I get a good 8 hours of sleep a night. I dont know whats wrong with me. I will be starving, then I'll get/make food, and eat a few bites then I feel stuffed. Then I feel sick.
Just curious if anyone could help me.

Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/... for more info
