What do these symptoms represent and why did i have them?

This afternoon i got really dizzy, lack of concentration, a little nauseous, i felt like i wans't even in my own Body. It was really weird. i couldn't stand properly, and my co-ordination was all wacky. I couldn't type very well....I don't understand why this happened....any ideas?

Oh, i am taking a puffer and advil, because i have a cold. It hasn't bothered me so far....this lasted about 20 minutes

You could have vertigo or something like that. It has to do with the inner ear. Have you had a bad cold, ear ache, or a bad cough recently. Sometimes that is how it starts. It has to do with the calcium crystals in your inner ear. If they come loose and hit your ear drum that is what makes you so dizzy and nauseous. You need to see your doctor. If this is it, it isn't serious.
