My lower left side of my abdominal hurts if i inhale too hard?!

My lower left side of my abdominal hurts if i inhale too hard?

ok everday i inhale as much as i my lower left abdominal or wen i suck in my stomachhe but it hurts most when i inhale to much.. and sum times it hurts when i touch it..
this might be the causes for it:
im 14
i smoke
im not a healthy eater
this things might affect and i go to the wasroom normaly. and i got my appendix taken out.
