What is the big deal?
If I take an Ativan in the morning and at night what is wrong with that? Is there anything wrong with that? At least I won't have anxiety :)
Answers:
Was it prescribed to you by a doctor to take 2x's daily? If so, and it is helping, use it for now. Just don't let it become a crutch to the point that you can't deal with your anxiety without your Ativan.
