Why the long wait?
I have just tried to get a doctors appt and the earliest i can get is a week on tuesday! Shocking! I could be dead by then! If i want an emergency appt i have to call at 9 tomorrow morning and 'persevere' until they answer the phone! God bless the NHS!

Lucky you, i have to wait untill 26th before they open their diary for new appointments to be booked.
now doubt it will be about the middle of july before im seen.
having said that at my last appointment i was in the que waiting to be seen at reception to say im here & the receptionist kept answering the phone not aknowleging my presence.
when they did it was announced i was now 3 mins late & my appointment had now been canceld.
