Answers:

you are experiencing pain after all this cleansing because you're muscles aren't used to being normal. instead their used to being all tight and knotted up and often times not even in the proper location. take some advil every 4 hours to help reduce the inflammation adn it should go down in the next couple of weeks. it takes weeks to retrain your muscles to function properly after an extended period of them being in such poor condition. drink a lot of fluids because chances are by releasing all that tension you also released all the toxins that build up in knotted muscles. you need to flush this out of your system as soon as possible. this might also be a source of your aches. i would recommend now that you got everything straightened out that you try to maintain it through more frequent visits to the sweatlodge or picking up a weight training routine that will keep those muscles strong and healthy.
