HELP!What do you all do to work out????????????????????

Im 15 and im really really outta shape plus i smoke do u all have any Ideas for a easy workout that is easy but still really good?


Answers:

One your 15 life is bad enough dont make it worse with smoking. And two there is really no easy way to START working out but once you get going it becomes second nature. A fun way to start is getting a running buddy and every friday and monday morrning go running. It's a good way to start and end your weekend. Once you've been doing this for a month or so move up and maybe before you strech and run do some sit ups or crunches. Push ups are a ***** but they really help. Always push yourself to do more and better and dont always run in the same place, it gets boring. Hope you get in shape and have fun.
