i read that the mill owners made it white so the rats want eat it when they leave at night and so they want have so much eaten so that would make them more money .if rats want eat it why should we?

I've noticed we live in a society where we think white flower products are natural.... I have to laugh.

They are a man made invention created when Webers bread was first commercialized. It is a way to process foods quickly and get them out to the end consumer with very little baking time.

The first wave of Webers created rickets in our children... a bone disease because the bread was stripped of its natural whole grain that we need for our cells.

Once this epidemic was identified as a nutritional deficiency they started putting synthetic vitamin/minerals into the white flower products, then the rickets disappeared.

I say close, but no cigar! Because that's not why white flower products are so bad for us to this day.

Even though white flower products are low fat or non fat... they are converted to sugar very quickly in digestion. Thus, causing stress on the pancreas which has to release large quantities of insulin.

Insulin is a hormone that signals the storage of fat! You gain weight from rice cakes and Entimens low or non fat cakes or low or non fat anything! Reaching for the rice cakes is a huge mistake.

If its man made, read it, but don't eat it!

The better choice are whole foods, like sprouted bread or otherwise known as Ezekiel bread.

This is how it works... Its harder to digest, which is how our ancestors ate... The fiber breaks down slowly and allows us to have an even blood sugar throughout the day. It has natural vitamin/minerals that our cells recognize and assimilate for our autonomic nervous system.

Thus, our body does not store fat with high fiber and our energy level becomes more consistent with whole foods that nourish our cells. If everyone ate that way, there would be no need for Metamusal or fiber additive products.

Type in "low glycemic eating chart" in your Google search engine to get a list of high fiber foods from fruits, vegetables, and types of breads so that you can eat the way our great grandparents ate before the obesity epidemic from refined foods.
