How do i stop my friend from snoring? we're going on holiday together! :/?
I really don't want to sound selfish or anything but my friend has such an awful snoring problem. She snores whatever position she lies in, and if i wake her up like she tells me to if she snores, she just snores again as soon as she falls alseep! There are 3 of us going on holiday, and we're going to be sharin a hotel room. Are there any quick fixes to help stop this. Please don't say sleep clinic or anything cause we don't have long till our holiday.
Any UK products anyone knows of?? Or just general tips? Thanks it would REALLY help us out! :-)

I think breathe-right strips work pretty well, also some things like changing the position of the person sleeping work. Change from a thin pillow to a thick one, or a thick pillow to a thin one, or even try to get the person to sleep inclined a little bit or something. I've heard of people who put little blocks under the legs of the bed on the head and left the legs of the bed at the foot alone, to incline the bed slightly. Little changes like this sometimes will stop a snore. Other times it may be harder.
