What do you all think about a 72 year old woman being left in severe pain for 2 hours? Then sent home at 4am in her nightclothes and a taxi still under the effects of morphine? Is this bad or what?

i had an operation on my knee when woke up they told me to go home still groggy from anesthetic went out but there was no one to pick me up i wonderd along the hallway for about 10 minutes to be honest i didnt know where iwas luckily my brother found me and took me home the procedure i thought was to let me know if someone was here to pick me up or push me out with a wheelchair i did not take any action even if the nhs is in crisis there is no excuse of not taking care of patients i saw nurses standing around with magazines in their hands i think you should seek legal action
