Can a growth spurt be delayed instead of being skipped?
If a person is in the middle of a growth spurt, but doesn't have all the resources needed to complete one... will the growth spurt be skipped or just delayed but resumed once the resources are available?

well you never know when your going to have a growth spurt, usually happens when you hit puberty, for guys puberty usually hits anywhere from 16-21 so if your in that age range you still have time....theres nothing you can do to control it, or even know if you'll really get one.....just keep exercising and make sure theres enough calcium n vitamin d in your diet.
