How does SUNBLOCK work? Does it matter which number I choose?!

Question:

How does SUNBLOCK work? Does it matter which number I choose?

Answers:

Sunblock is designed to block damaging UV rays of the sun. No less than 15 is supposed to work as well as so called 35 or 45.

Most importantly, many scientific articles are now coming out that commercial sun blocks are contributing to skin cancer because they have a perservative called parabens or methyl parabens in them. To avoid that, you want to get Jason's sun block that doesn't have any parabens.

This is how it works. Parabens are meant to kill fungus and bacteria in a product for shelf life. The problem is that when you put these parabens on your skin, the UV Rays will actually increase aging and cell death and parabens have been found in tact in women's breast tissues.

Parabens are estrogenic mimickers and that also causes breast and prostate cancers. Again, get sun blocks that are known not to have parabens.
