I have an unusual puzzlement I'm looking for input about....?

I have been very ill and in pain one way or another for about 12 years...now I have had an incredible healing experience in my life and I don't quite know how to react, how to behave, what to do with all my new found energy and time. It's a delightful delimma has anyone else had anything similar happen?

Look outward at the world and search new horizons.
Don't get sucked into the looking for explanations, joining support groups for cured persons or seeking councelling.
You don't need any of that. Your illness has gone away and your health has returned. That is all that has happened. Look around you and see all the people doing things and leading everyday lives. Getting up, doing something, thinking something, feeling something, eating something and then going to bed to do it all again in the morning.
OR you could do none of that and sit around discussing whether anyone else did that. Who cares.
