Heat strokes, is that what i am having?!

Question:

Heat strokes, is that what i am having?

I need a doctor or someone who can tell me what is happening to me..I spend alot of my time outside and where i live the temp is usually from the 90s to 100s or more. Every year i have these attacks that seem to be heat strokes, but heat strokes are so harsh that it seems almost unlikely that that is what i am having, because i read an article that says you can be paralyzed if not treated, but im perfectly fine. So what is wrong with me? Is it Heat Stroke.. or something else?

Answers:

You may have a reduced ability to sweat from some medical condition. If you don't sweat, you will feel hot, week and fluish. Based on your symptoms, I would get your thyroid checked and cut back on the caffiene.
