Why are people so eager to take persciption medicine?
Oxycodone, amphetamine in the 1950's, diet pills...
Why are people so eager to take 'miracle' narcotics to feel better, even though alot of the drugs doctors perscribe can be highly addictive and the long term effects unknown?
Answers:
Because the pharmaceutical companies are making huge profits in selling drugs to the public at highly-inflated prices.
Because those drugs are mass-
marketed by media ad giants who
tell you what's wrong with you
and supposedly sell you the miracle drug to cure it.
Most people now are brainwashed by the TV and mind- controlling ads.
There is a place for drug therapy but all drugs are chemicals and should only be used after research into the side effects/the cost/better older and less-invasive drugs.
American buyers have the
control but don't use it. Begin
using your brain and only put
into your body what it needs to heal itself. A quick fix pill is not the answer. You actually have to put forth some effort to educate yourself on what works best for you.
It may just be a change of diet and stop the smoking/ bingeing/and boozing. Your doctor is not responsible for your health--YOU ARE!
