Shooting pain in my head... (read on)?!

Shooting pain in my head... (read on)?

I was sick a few nights ago... with stomachache n everything... which ended up with me having this headache...
The question is in my profile... you could look up if you want...

ANYWAYS... the headache was like a migraine at first... BUT now I've got this shooting/stabbing pain... that starts from the back of my head and ends in my left cheek bone and eye...
I'm also nauseous... and tired...

Should I be worried?

I've had migraine headaches since I was 7... but nothing like this one...
And I've been lying around the house for the past few days... doing practically nothing... how much more rest would I need to get better?

SAMANTHA I WOULD BE A LITTLE CONCERNED AND EVEN GO TO THE DR. EVEN MINOR SYPTOMS LIKE THESE AFTER SO LONG CAN MEAN THERE IS A BIGGER PROBLEM. A PAIN IN THE HEAD THAT MIGRATES TO THE CHECKBONE OR DOWN THE NECK OR ARM CAN BE A FREAT CONCERN AND WITH THE OTHER ACOMPANING SYMPTOMS I THINK IT SAFER TO SEEK A DR'S CARE JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE. I HAVE HAD ALL THE ABOVE AND AM A HEART PATIENT AND WHEN I HAVE THESE MY HEART IS USUALLY "ACTING UP" NOT TO SAY IT IS THE SAME FOR YOU BUT WOMEN ARE STATISTICALLY SHOW TO PUT THESE MILD SYMPTOMS ASIDE WHEN THEY SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BY A DR SO I WOULD ADVISE MEDICAL ATTENTION TO JUST BE ON THE SAFE SIDE.
