Hair Follicle Test for new job.......how far back can the test results get you not hired!?

I shave my head all the time anyway. If I grow some hair out will the new hair get me caught!? I have been clean for a 1 1/2 and that was just one night out of the blue!

Please specify if you mean 1½ years or 1½ months (this makes a HUGE difference) and how many days do you have to get Tested?...Put this Info as Additional Info when you edit your Question.....

I Finally finished typing the Info for you…I am not advocating Drug Use, but I do advocate the 5th Amendment that states that you DO have the right to NOT incriminate yourself......First of all, they do NOT test for Drugs...They test for what is called "Metabolites"...Marijuana can stay in the System anywhere between 2-3 Days to 12 Weeks in the body's fat tissue, depending on the frequency of use, the weight of that person, their metabolism rate, and the amount of exercise.. The threshold for you to pass this test needs to be below 50 nanograms of metabolites per milliliter...

Toxins are circulated through your body via blood. When hair is formed, blood is deposited into the hair follicle. Your old blood actually becomes your hair. When you have toxins in your blood, the toxins are also deposited into the follicle and become trapped in your hair. The level of toxins is greatest near the scalp. Sunlight, shampoo, and chemicals used in hair dyes will help reduce the level of toxins in your hair. For this reason, they will clip the hair sample near the scalp, on the back (nape) of your neck. The hair will then be sent to a laboratory where they dissolve the hair in organic chemicals. Once the hair is dissolved, the sample is tested just like a urine sample would be tested in a lab, with a gc/ms machine.

Hair testing is another type of test that labs will do to test for drugs…Hair Follicle drug testing is by far the hardest type of drug test to beat. This testing is so precise that even the smallest trace amounts of drugs can be detected. These tests are very expensive, and most employers do not use them. Out of all the drug tests, on average only 5% is hair testing. Hair testing usually goes back 90 days, but it is not uncommon for them to go back even further. The good news is that normal everyday hair damage will naturally remove toxins. Coloring, bleaching, cutting, and even shampooing your hair gradually removes drug toxins. The darker your hair, the longer your hair is going to hold toxins. Also, the more you smoke marijuana, the longer the toxins are going to stay in your hair.

The Problem that you have is that you don't have any hair on your Head....Usually this would bring suspicion, but as long as the people that you work with know that you shave your Head, they won't be suspicious…Make sure that you give and say very little info to the Tester…If they ask you questions, just give them a brief yes or no...A normal person with hair is supposed to leave at least one inch of hair on your head because this is what they require to do the test. If your hair is shorter than this, they will take the hair from under your arms, on your arms, legs, and if there is no hair in any of these places, they will go to your pubic region.

Bleaching is the best way to remove toxins besides cutting your hair. Basically what bleaching does is strips your hair of its pigment. This also will strip out some toxins but not all. Coloring your hair is the next best thing to bleaching. You won’t remove as many toxins as you would if you bleached it, but you will remove some. While bleaching and cutting are effective in removing drug toxins from your hair, it’s not going to completely clean it.

Now here is the best part on how to beat the Test.......What you need to use is Bleach/Clorox, Conditioner, and Shampoo …The bleach and shampoo will strip most of the toxins and the conditioner will mask the toxins…First, on the Morning of the Test, boil about a Gallon of Water….This will Denature (pull apart) any proteins from the toxins and make them deactivated…(DO NOT use Cold Water because you may Re-nature (put back together) these proteins…Then put a couple of Caps full of Bleach/Clorox into the pot, then stir it well..Next, you want to take the pot to the Shower with you and use a clean rag…Put the rag in the pot and clean anywhere that you have hair (armpits, chest, back, pubic area, etc)…Make sure that you do not get any Clorox in your eyes….DO NOT Towel dry any of these areas because you will take off the Clorox…Just rinse off in the shower ….Once you are done, use the Conditioner and clean the same areas… Again DO NOT Towel dry any of these areas… Just rinse off in the shower….Next, you want to use Shampoo and clean the same areas… Again DO NOT Towel dry any of these areas… Just rinse off in the shower….

In Conclusion, the Biggest problems that you have is that:

You did not specify 1½ years or 1½ months that you last took marijuana (If it was 1½ years, then you will be Fine!!!)

You do not have any hair on your Head, which may bring suspicion to the Testers such that they may decide to just give you a Saliva Test or a Urine Test

Hair Follicle Tests is the most difficult test to Pass…
