When you hit your head does it kill brain cells or damage your barin in any other way?
Just wondering cause I bump my head quite alot.

Hitting your head doesnt directly kill brain cells (unless you crack your skull and spread them all over the floor LOL)
More like the inflammation that results from the trauma kills cells... when you hit your head the cells release chemicals that tell your body there has been damage... the inflammation (swelling, fever, vasodilation etc) brings immune system cells to the site where they begin eating away at the damaged tissues= brain cells... localized is not a big deal you have a lot to spare...
