Answers:

i just learned this in nerophys a few days ago... neuropraxia

the falling alseep effect is really your nerve being deprived of oxygen (anoxic) causing conduction problems-- usually from laying on it adding extra pressure... lack oxygen turns into pain this is detected by nocioceptors (pain receptors) on the nerve fiber Good news it resolves pretty quickly-- no permanent damage... the pain is there to help arouse you so you are aware of the problem and you fix it without permanent damage... saturday night palsy--> when it happens to your arm cause you lay on it stopping blood flow... its all tingly as you re oxygenate it and your nerve fibers recover
