Why does my tummy stick out?!


Question:

Why does my tummy stick out?

Although i have some fat there, it's not a lot, and I'm pretty sure its the fat making it stick out. My stomach just overhangs my waist. Like I have pregnant belly or something. Would strenthening my muscles in that area suck it back in, or will it always be that way?


Answers:

You can always do ab workouts, sit up are really good (try them during every commercial break on tv). Always making sure you eat right is usually the answer but if it's just a little fat then just step up on your workouts. Genetics can also be a cause of the hanging out belly; if you have a pretty big family, you probably have to work harder than others but if you have a fairly skinny family then you're pretty out of shape and need to fix your diet as well as workouts, and if you have an average sized family then try to make exercise a daily routine and results would show.
