It's 2am here, so why can't i sleep?
i haven't been able to sleep yet. This seems to happen a lot to me.
Answers:
They have new medications like "Ambien" that really help, and are not habit forming. But you need to get a prescription from your doctor. Do it!! You don't want to spend any more of those lonely nights, do you? In the meantime, buy an over- the- counter med like Tylenol PM, or Sominex. But make that appt. with an MD. Good luck. :)
