What's wrong with me?

hey!
i have a really bad fear of going in cars,when my dad is driving me to school i can't look at the road and have to put my hand over my eyes.
when i see a car pulling out of a side road i think were going to crash into it
i have been in a car accident a few months ago when a car went into the side of my grandad's car and it upset me alot
i dont know whats wrong with me i was fine going in cars before an now im a nervous wreck will i go back to normal soon?whats wrong with me?

Hey Brian, let me know how it feels to be reported....dumbass....and Diane.......you missed the part where she talked about the "trigger"....wow. I find that amazing since you wrote "obsessive compulsive", do you even know what that means!!! She was scared to death after being in a wreck for gods sake. This is a result of you now realizing that being on the highways with a bunch of ignorant fools, see above, that don't know how to operate a vehicle is a really dangerous thing. Couple that with the fact that you feel helpless since you are not in control of the vehicle and it makes the stress even worse. I don't like to ride with other people in the car, but if I'm driving I am fine. This will take time to get used to and it is a learning experience. Just make sure whoever you are riding with knows that you are uncomfortable and they can go slower.
