How do you get rid of acne on the back?

Tanning clears up acne on the body. I don't know if the sun helps, but a tanning bed definitely does. I wouldn't recommend tanning in any sense, normally, as it causes skin cancer, but I do know that it dries up acne on all areas that the Ultraviolet rays are able to penetrate on the body.
