If you just want to ask for an increased dose in medication, do you have to make!

Question:

If you just want to ask for an increased dose in medication, do you have to make a doctor's appiontment?

The doctor's office I go to has a whole team of doctor's so you just call the reception area when you want to make an appointment. I just want to ask for my dosage to be increased on the antidepressant I am taking though so do you think I'd have to make an appointment? I mean I don't want to make an appointment if I don't have to because thats another 70 dollars down the tubes.

Answers:

yes you do. only cuz he HAS to evaluate you to make sure you can handle to dosage increase. He also HAS to ask you a bunch of questions. Especially for anti-depressants
