My aunt was a "beauty operator" and used this as an old fashioned remedy for pimples -- I passed this on to my teenagers and they say it helps.
Soak an aspirin (not Tylenol or Advil, just PLAIN OLE' ASPIRIN) in a drop of milk -- then place this on the pad of a bandaid and tape the bandaid over the pimple overnight. In the morning, remove the stuff and the aspirin will have drawn out some of the goo.
It worked for me in the 70's and my daughters use it today.
It's cheap and worth the try.
