My boyfriend drugs and alcohol PLEASE HELP?

My boyfriend stole my meds for my panic attacks and ate 20 pills and just dranked a bottle of 100 proof liquor, I'm scared he's breathing funny and talking out his head! PLEASE HELP, WHAT DO I DO?

well.. 20 pills means that u call 911 asap.
and then if he is still alive after, u break up with him.
