I tend to eat every time I feel bored, anxious or nervous... How can I control this "urge"?


Answers:

It sounds like you are an emotional eater. Keep a journal of the situations that make you want to eat then devise a plan to react in a different way. Get a bunching bag. Go for a walk if you can. Pick up a new hobby. I find that when my hands are busy, I'm too busy to eat.
