Answers:

If U are diabetic, it just indicates that U are not well hydrated as U claim U are. Hydration does not mean mere drinking of water but how much water is retained within the cells to keep its metabolic processes functioning well. This also is the reason why U are developing weight around ur stomach.

Avoid taking foods made up of flour, wheat, pasta and root crops. When U take starch containing foods or foods containing sugar, insulin is released to help absorb the sugar. The body requires much carbo to get satiated. However, it just needs few of them and so the excess sugar is converted to fats for storage since carbo cannot be stored as sugar. This conversion of sugar to fat is what U have around ur stomach. Moreover, instead of the stored fat being utilized when energy is needed, U will tend to eat again because of hunger sensation. This eating will again add another volume of sugar the excess of which will be converted
to fats again and the cycle repeats.

The brain gets 85% of its energy source from water. It is for this reason why the brain is immersed in water. When short of water, it seeks other sources of energy of which bld sugar is. To get access to it, the bld must maintain a high concentration of sugar. To make this possible, the brain controls the pancreas to prevent it from releasing insulin. When insulin is absent, sugar cannot get into the cells and so maintains its high levels in the bld. This is diabetes.

To hydrate the cells properly, the ratio of water and salt must be maintained. Salt holds water and so helps hydrate the body more efficiently. Try this:

Dissolve ¼ tsp of sea salt to 1 quart of water. Depending on the size/weight, take 16-24 ounces of this salted water upon waking up in the morning and also at bedtime, take 8-16 ounces half hr before meals and also 2 and a half hrs after meals. Replace every urination with 8 ounces water. Salt holds water and this will help hydrate ur body more efficiently. If U develop swelling in ur feet, stop the salt for 2-3 days then resume when the swelling subsides.

Avoid coffee, tea, sodas, chocolates, alcoholic beverages, sports and energy drinks. These are dehydrating substances and will worsen ur condition.

This method will also prevent U from taking too much water causing U to feel water splash in ur stomach.

Hope this helps.
