How to lose weight this summer?
im about 30lbs overwight n i was wondering how i can lose some weight. im staying at my best friedns house so ill b n a diferent environment. she doesnt need to lose any weight so how can i lose so while im over here * also we may go to the beach n august so i need to look good then 2.
my main problem is my stomach...

I don't know if your embarrassed to do an exercise video at her house so I'll give you some suggestions that does not require that:
- Be more active. Walk around the block a few times. If they have a dog, offer to walk him/her.
- When you're in the bathroom maybe you can run as fast as you can for about 2 minutes.
- When you're lounging around or just watching tv contract your ab muscles. Hold them in for about 10 seconds and release; repeat.
- I remember when I was about 16 or so, I made a friend go running with me because I told her I wanted to join a school team in the fall. She ran with me but I had no intention of joining a team I just wanted to get into better shape and I didn't want to run alone, lol.
- When you have some privacy, do a couple sit ups, squats, lunges, and any type of exercise you can think of. Maybe you and you're friend can invest in a workout. Though, your friend doesn't need to lose weight maybe you guys can talk about "getting six packs" together.
- Food portions. Enjoy the foods you love just eat them in smaller portions. If you eat small portions every 3-4 hours you keep your cells energized to burn fat.
- Last, but certainly not least drink water...lots and lots of water. To lose weight it's essential to keep your body hydrated.
