Does tip-toeing while walking make a person taller?

I don't understand how it makes a person taller. My sis says it does. ?=)

Answers:

There's nothing a person can do or take to make themselves grow. Your height comes from your genetics--there's nothing you can do to change it. You have to wait and be patient and see how tall you are when you are 19-20. That's when girls are done growing.
