Are there any good over-the-counter medications/drugs for severe anxiety(no illegal drugs plz)?

Answers:

Unfortunately, you will not find anything to be really effective in OTC anxiety meds. Claims are made that Valerian and Kava Kava help, but I have tried them both and they did nothing for me (they also have a terrible, natural odor, somewhat like dirty shoes). If you think your anxiety is extreme, nothing comes close to the prescription medicine.
