Suddden headaces?!

Suddden headaces?
These past couple of days I have just been at the computer and all of a sudden I get a huge headace and I feel I have to get up...it happened today but I went to go find Tylenol or something, I couldnt find any so I came back here and it's not as bad but it is really weird. What should I do? Is it a migrane?

its just your eyes straining with the computer. try to take a few days off the computer to see if that helps.
