HELP. Nausea.?!

Question:

HELP. Nausea.?

I'm at work. I've been nauseus for over a month. It usually happens during the early afternoon anytime between 12 and 4 and sometimes is accompanied by diarrhea or just large bowel movements. Today I've been in and out of the bathroom every 20 minutes or so. I don't have any other symptoms besides this. I always feel like I am about to throw up, but I never vomit. It goes away by the time I get out of work usually.

Does anyone have any idea what this is?!
I'm desperate for help.
I welcome as many answers as possible.

Answers:

First of all,it sounds like your job may be stressing you out if this truly only happens at work.
The fact that it is upsetting both upper and lower intestinal tract may be an indication of irritable bowel syndrome or some lactose intolerance.

You said it occurs between 12 and 4 pm, so I would carefully examine what you eat for lunch. Eat slowly. Eat a small lunch, include some protein and complex carbs like whole grain bread or rice, maybe some fruit, no dairy, only low-fat or non-fat foods and see if it helps the symptoms to go away.
