Help pimple problem!?

well i'm graduating in 3 days so i'm pretty stoked. And I also finally got the courage to ask this girl out that i had a crush on for a year, and she said yes! Problem is, our first date is tomorrow and i woke up today with a pimple the size of a penny on my nose. I've tried toothpaste, ice, and nothing seems to work although it does seem a little less swollen. I've also put some clear eyes on it, but can't see a difference. Please help! This is an once in a lifetime thing for me, and I don't want this pimple on my face! what can i do? !!

Either rubbing/isopropyl alcohol or hydrogen peroxide will dry it out quickly for you. Put some on a cotton ball or small piece of wadded up toilet paper and hold it to the affected area for about 30 seconds a few times today. Don't make a habit out of it because it will dry your skin out and make acne worse, but for an occasional quick fix it will help.
