i take allergy tablets(telfast) everyday & i have been taking them for over 2 months now............is it harmful to take them for a long period of time?

Someone told them... they used it and it worked so well, they tried it with their daughter. You should by honey . Local honey from no farther away than 10 miles from where you live. It will contain all the pollens from your area since they are carried by the bees and so therefore in the honey.Take a teaspoon or so a day. You will build up a very fast immunity to local pollens. This will happen without any allergic reactions. It's very effective and very cool. But, if you are talking about allergies caused by something other than pollen, like animals then...I have not helped you. And you can take the allergy pills everyday during allergy season. I don't know beyond that.
