Laryngitis, and tonsillitis?
think its developed due to the cough i have developed due to hayfever
question is would you go to work ?

You certainly wont develop either tonsillitis or laryngitis secondary to hay fever.
If your hay fever does cause cough, it will be dry and irritating or conceivably wheezy.It will not produce a flu like episode or tiredness.
It is more likely that you have a simple viral cold. Unless you have a fever, as confirmed by actually checking your temperature, it is unlikely that you need to stay off work.
