No reason for loss of voice and spontaneous vomiting with no reason?
hi I have been having some strange symptoms of late, I have woke up 3 times in the past year with no voice, and sounding like 3 voices when it starts to return.
Also vomiting for no apparent reason, eg waking up having a cup of tea and needing to vomit, no pain not ill. I suffer a lot from heartburn and regurgitation and also have lost my appetite and feel full very quickly on a small amount of food. I actually feel better when I hardly eat at all.

You need to consult a doctor as soon as possible and have some tests done in order to find the root of your problem.
Dont delay as you have already left it some months, but this is not a question for a layman.
