It's a really bad habit and i always feel like i need to click them.

If its like an obsessive compulsive thing, which it sounds like you just have to resist doing it. Try keeping yourself and your hands occupied with something else like drawing or a video game. I used to have this weird thing where i had to count how many cigarettes there were in a pack that was laying around. i stopped that by just not allowing myself to do it. It's hard because it turns into something you almost can't resist but it's the only way. Just like the only way to conquer a fear is to face it.
