Has anyone else ever had an issue with becoming sick while sitting at the computer?
I have recently found that while online chatting, doing homework, etc. I have started getting a headache accompanied by mild to moderate nausea after about forty five minutes to an hour. I am curious if this is something that is relatively common or a rare occurence? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

1. Have your eyes checked. Make sure that your current prescription is correct.
2. Flickering can cause headaches. If they continue, you may want to pursue other possible causes, including Epilepsy.
3. Set the alarm on your computer. Make it a new habit to get up and take a break every 45 minutes.
