How do I lower or reverse high blood pressure?
I found out I have like 149 over something blood pressure i'm a 19 year old Chinese. My dad and grandpa seems to have it. But I don't know if it's genetic, because lately I haven't been doing much exercises and i've been eating fast food a lot and yeah a lot. I'm in college. So it should be expected.
What are some foods that I should eat that actually can do the reverse and maybe kill some bad fat that is clogging me? I'm not fat by the way. I have good metabolism, and I poop a lot.
Can you just give me a basic plan. Like how much cardio a week. What food I should eat. Basically the best foods out there, money is not a problem for me. Just name the best of the best food for healthy living, and to reverse if possible or just lower my blood pressure.
