Trouble sleeping?!


Question:

Trouble sleeping?

Few questions:

1) Around what time should I go to bed if I have to get up at seven?

2) What things do you do/eat before you go to bed?

3) Does anyone have one of those Temper Pedic beds? If so, are they much better than the spring mattresses?

4) What kind of things do you do if you can't sleep at night to help you deal with this problem?

Answers:

1. Depending on your age, you should aim for a minumum of 7 hours a night.

2. Yogurt and cereal are great "midnight" snacks, as they aid in sleep.

3. I actually do...and it works wonders, as I do not find myself shifting around in the middle of the night disrupting my sleep cycle.

4. I use a natural aid of melatonin supplements. Since melatonin is actually the natural sleep hormone our body produces, it is very cohesive with our bodies, and will not leave groggy in the morning.
