What causes these pains?
what causes your hip flexer (the part where your leg connects to your body) to hurt while you walk? and what causes sharp pains every few minutes while you sit in your lower back like right above your butt cheek?
Answers:
It's your sciatic nerve. And boy does it hurt. It's caused by a back injury a herniated disk. Treatments include cold compresses to the back. A visit to a Chiropractor and exercises to help it along.
It can become very bad. They can give you a cortisone shot to help ease the pain.
