I've been doing this since I was 4 or 5 and now at 17 I'm still doing it. Sometimes when I'm down with the flu or something my joints hurt but maybe it's not from cracking my knuckles.

its been proven not to do anything!!!! But i still wouldnt do it, because it "cracks" the cartlige in between the bones, and can result in disloacting it, its No fun, so i wouldnt do it!!!
