Sun rash..help?!

Sun rash..help?
i have a sun rash on my arm, my upper back area around my shoulders and kinda in the front...i wear like spf 50 or 55 or something and i still burn and keep getting the same sun rash. the only way to get rid of it is to stay out of the sun...right? HELP!

If you are using SPF 50 and staying in the sun for a few hours WITHOUT sweating or swimming this stuff off, and you are STILL getting a burn or sun rash, you either need to stay out of hte sun OR use zinc oxide. (not flattering I know, but it works)
Are you sure you are re-applying this stuff every few hours or after you get wet?
And are you sure it is a sun rash and not heat/fever rash?
You must be very pale?
Use an aloe vera spray or gel for relief
