Am i not exercising enough?
ok, so i've been dieting and excersizing for about a couple weeks now, and i haven't lost any weight!? i have cut down on what i eat, and eating healthier. and i have been walking/jogging everynight for the past week. i dont' know if i just need to step up my exercising? i walk for about 15 minutes, then jog back to the house...is this enough? what am i doing wrong?

You will lose weight doing this, but it takes time. For faster results, step up your workout routine. Do a fast walk both ways, and try to increase it to 30-45 min or more. You want to raise your heart rate for 30 min. a day minimum.
Try to add a resistance weight training a couple of time a week.
Diet is 90% of weight loss/gain. Make sure you are cutting out all of the trash foods-sugar, processed carbs, fast food from your diet and adding more lean protien, fresh fruits and veggies.
