Weird skin sensation......what is it??
my body has an itch but not the itch that you scratch. its like little needles or something.. i look at me skin where it pokes but there no bugs and not red spots.... its been going on for like weeks now.. its scaring me....please help.

This could be a variety of things. Sometimes when you have poor circulation you tend to get a tingly, prickly sensation. Are you diabetic? Do you smoke and/or drink a lot?
It could be an allergic reaction, or possibly a fungal infection (which isn't as gross as it sounds; easily treated).
If it's bothering you, it can't hurt to have your doctor check it out.
